The M.I.T. Department of Urban Studies and Planning will host a workshop in September for M.I.T. students focused on the role of justice and equity in planning climate change induced indigenous resettlement. The leadership of the Isle de Jean Charles Tribe and members of the Lowlander Center are part of the planning and implementation for this event.
